At the gym yesterday I weighed myself and I have finally struck 55kgs after nearly 2 years busting my chops with the weights and chugging up the protein naturally without taking any *gasp* supplements, weight-gain-whey or other legal substances. Ok so a 2.5kgs increase isn't a whole lot but the gains are a little more rapid now than it was a few months back. Onward ho to 65kgs.
