July's toy expenditure completely bled my wallet dry. Here's what I bought:
| Transformers Animated: Deluxe Ratchet | RM 49.90 |
| Transformers Animated: Deluxe Black Arachnia | RM 49.90 |
| Ironman Mark I | RM 44.90 |
| Transformers Animated: Leader Megatron | RM 189.90 |
| Transformers Animated: Leader Bulkhead | RM 189.90 |
| Transformers Henkei: Deluxe Hot Rod | RM 60 |
| Revoltech Macross: Regult | RM 68 |
| Revoltech Macross: Ltd Ed Max VF-1J | RM 75 |
| Star Wars: MacQuarrie Imperial Storm Trooper | RM 33.90 |
| World Smallest Transformers: Dinobot Sludge | RM 75 |
| World Smallest Transformers: Dinobot Slag | RM 75 |
| World Smallest Transformers: Dinobot Swoop | RM 75 |
| Total | RM 986.40 |
Yes, it seems a little exorbitant but I got a few gems here. I had budgeted for the Animated Leaders Megatron and Bulkhead and they made up the lion's share of the total. The WST Dinobots were also something I had wanted to complete and now I have. Keith found them at Toy Whiz Amcorp and I figured it would be just cheaper to get it all this month rather than travel down to Singapore and hunt for them. The Ironman figure is highly sought after and the MacQuarrie Storm Trooper is super rare. The Macross Regult is pretty much all sold out now, except at places where it's sold at a higher price. The lack of Regults or any Zentradi toy in the market probably contributed to that. I hope Revoltechs come out with Invids next.
I guess it's the huge amount of lucky finds this month of things I was going to get eventually, that caused the whole avalanche. Just Transformers Animated: Voyager Optimus Prime this month. I hope.

Bahahaha... That's quite alot of money... (:
why does it cost like rm75 when its worlds SMALLEST transformer
heehe
Oh yea it is Sara. And there is this giant Millennium Falcon for rm 750 but they get snapped up so fast it's not funny! :(
Erm well Cas, it's an engineering marvel. The original toy molds are lost so this small Hong Kong outfit has actually reversed engineered the Dinobots into 1/3 its original larger size. They're pretty delicate and are targeted for collectors so the company that makes them only produces limited quantities. So it's really the high cost of R&D vs the relatively small sales. I'm nut shelling here. Hehe.
Wow. Insaaaaane. But how many shelves do you need now for your ginormous collection? :)
I moved the toys around a bit, at the moment, everything fits in the cabinet and some I display elsewhere around the apartment.
Only thing is that I got a giant Millennium Falcon last week and it's now sitting on my dining table until further notice.
